Corporate Code of Conduct
Top management shall recognize their personal role in the practice of corporate activities in accordance with the Corporate Code of Conduct. In case this Code is violated, top management shall be in charge of solving the problem, explain what has occurred, and upon determining the source of responsibility, impose strict disciplinary action against those held responsible to prevent recurrence.
We respect the internationally-recognized basic human rights and labor laws based on the United Nations’ Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and we promote mutual understanding and respect so that there is no unfair treatment such as discrimination or harassment regardless of race, gender, religion, gender identity, disability, and other similar factors and realize a healthy and rewarding work environment.
We make sure to comply with laws and other social norms, carry out fair, transparent and free competition, and proper trade, and conduct conscientious corporate activities. Each executive and employee shall commit to maintain high ethical standards and behave with sense of morality, as well as observing the laws and regulations. We actively participate in fair and transparent market competition by complying with antimonopoly and related laws while preventing improper bid behavior and the abuse of dominant bargaining positions.
It is against our policies to give a bribe to or accept it from public officials or the same for the purpose of obtaining unfair gains. We engage in dialogues with a broad range of stakeholders and disclose corporate information actively and fairly. In addition, we protect and properly manage all types of information obtained through business activities.
